CONSULTATIONS

We welcome you to make a complementary consultation with any of our providers to discuss services and make a treatment plan best suited for your needs. To make a complementary consultation you can call the office at (413)586-3200.

APPOINTMENTS

Please note the date of your appointment, we will also send you a text reminder a couple days before your appointment. If you are a new client please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete paperwork. If you need to cancel, please notify us 24 hours ahead of time. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the missed service.

WALK IN APPOINTMENTS

Due to our full schedule, we are unable to accommodate walk-in appointments for services. We do welcome you to walk for any medical grade skincare product purchases.

GRATUITY

Gratuities are gratefully accepted for spa services. They are not accepted on medical services.
